Computer ?

I know enough about computers to be dangerous maybe less so if you can help me please be as plain and simple as possable. What does it mean when there is supposed to be picture and where the picture is located there is a box and inside that box is another small box with an x in it. How do I get rid of this so I can see the picture.Computer ?
Could mean several things, either:

1. You need Java or the latest version of it.

2. You need Flash or the latest version of it.

3. You need Shockwave or the latest version of it.

4. or in your internet options (in IE) go to advanced, scroll down to multimedia, the show picture box is unticked.

5. a broken weblink

Hope this helps
what it means is that the path to the graphic is located is incorrect.

you need macromedia flash to codec the picture

It means that you are looking at an HTML document and the link to the image is broken. It is possible that you have it disabled somewhere, but it is more likely that it is just a broken link.Computer ?

when i start my laptop i get this tiny little screen that pops up and it says warning Hardware.Id missing. what does this mean and how can i fix it. i hope its not a serious problem i love my laptop and it is still fairly new. please help if you can thankyou everyoneComputer ?
basically now a days all drives are plug and play type and there OS also programmend in same basis if your are using an very old system you will face this kind of messages.

any way lets enter to you BIOS setup and make it as load to default settings and restart your machine hopes it wont show it again.Computer ?
You have something in your startup menu from an old device or program you got rid of. Follow these directions to remove the message.

You'll have to go to "start"..."Run" and type in MSCONFIG

When the windows pops up go to the "startup" and "services" tabs...and uncheck anything to do with that program...Click Apply....system will want to reboot....reboot....a window will appear saying you made changes to the startup......put a checkmark in the small box bottom left...your done.

Good LuckComputer ?
Does everything appear to be working?

That message is not familiar, make sure your antivirus software is up to date and running. Just in case it is a hardware problem:

Right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties". Choose the Hardware tab, and select the device manager.

Scroll through the devices and see if there is a warming symbol next to one.

What software can fix a file name based off the data stored in the Tags?

Some of my music collection from an older computer is messed up on my new computer. It still plays fine, but the file names are all messed up. For example, a song may look like "GIVE_A_LITTLE_MORE", instead of "Give A Little More". I don't want to go through each to fix them. Is there software out there that can fix it based off the tag data? I've found software for fixing the tags, but not the filename.

How do i wire a series of computer fans to an AC outlets?

Im in afghanistan, and to pass the time, i find little projects to do. I would like to wire a series of computer fans into a 12v power supply, to plug into a 120v ac outlet. what are the basic principles im looking for? like, what increases as i add more fans, and how much power is too much?

Thanks in advanceHow do i wire a series of computer fans to an AC outlets?
You can't plug the fans directly into the outlet, the fans are DC and the outlet is AC. When wired to a power supply unit that is 12V DC the fans would be wired in parallel, providing the fans are also 12V. For every fan you add the current consumption will go up until you eventually overload the power supply. Too much power is when it is greater than the design or current rating of the power supply. Connect one fan in series with an Ammeter and measure the current. How do i wire a series of computer fans to an AC outlets?
I must've mis-read your question, as it appeared you wanted to operate the fans directly from the 120 VAC line.

Just add up the current that each fan requires and keep that below the maximum rating of the 12 V power supply. You should be able to operate ~10 of them from a 1.2 A, 12 V supply. How do i wire a series of computer fans to an AC outlets?
It doesn't matter how many fans you add as soon as you plug them into a 120v outlet they will burn out. You need to have a reducing transformer thata will bring the voltage down to 12v.

That would be called "browser hijacking"

    You need to run antivirus/antimalware.

    Start with MalwareBytes... http://www.malwarebytes.org

Hopefully that fixes it. Also check your computer's proxy settings after that... everything should probably be turned off (That's in the the control panel %26gt; internet options %26gt; LAN settings)
