What should I do to optimize my system? I've heard arguments both for the NVidia GTX 560 TI as well as the ATI Radeon 6950 are good options. I thought about adding in more RAM but I'm at the limit for my motherboard with 4gig DDR 1066 (2 x OCZ Platinum 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit), motherboard is about 5 years old. Is this a quick fix or is it just time to rebuild?
My dxdiag results:
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX/9800 GTX+

My wife's computer, which has no issues, is only one step up from mine, but it is attached to a 19inch LCD. Here's her dxdiag results
Card name: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series

Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X3 720 Processor, MMX, 3DNow (3 CPUs), ~2.8GHz

Your assistance is greatly appreciated, I'd really like to not have to build a computer this month to play with friends...but I'll do what it takes...
