Hold down F8, go into Safe Mode and use a Restore Point to restore your computer.

You can also try to repair your boot record if you have your operating system CD. You will have to use FIXBOOT command in the Recovery Console if you have W2K or XP. Follow along here on this reference to tell you how to do it:

For Vista, just insert your CD and then use REPAIR.My computer has start up problem...?
Sorry with my English, not native.

If winxp:

Take your system installation disk into cd-rom. Turn on computer and enter bios (usually when first screen with some numbers appears press delete button). Then go to Advanced section. There you will see something like 'first boot device' option. Write down somewhere the current value and choose "cd-rom". Then save the changes and reboot the computer.

The system installation will start. You will be offered to pick up the disc you want to install system. Choose disc on which your operating system is. Normally you'll be offered to restore your system. My computer has start up problem...?
