Will iBUYPOWER GAMER EXTREME 579D3 Desktop PC Run Battlefield 3?

I just got a iBUYPOWER GAMER EXTREME 579D3 Desktop PC as a Gift from my Family for Collage. They bought me a gaming computer becuase I am into my gaming and will continue my gaming while in school. This computer seems great %26amp; the specs are alot better then what I had but my older specs could NOT run Battlefield 3. I want to go out and buy the game but before I wast money on a game that might not work I want to see if anyone else can give me a YES or NO %26amp; their opinions on the computer %26amp; what might need to be upgraded.
