Does My Computer Have A Virus?

So I did a full scan with McAfee yesterday.



The front page of the scan said 1 items found and removed, and that no action is required

But when you go into the scan report it looks like this

which shows that it found a bunch trojan, and other unwanted program (not the 1 that it said on the home page), but that it didn't remove them....



I am confused as to what to do.Does My Computer Have A Virus?
^ Do not listen to that guy, he has no clue on how to differentiate his butt from the ground he is standing on what might be good/bad.
