It seems like there is a "ultra pop up blocker" on my computer.. its not really working. I can get on the internet, but certain things don't show up (like pop ups) all my pop up blockers are off, and my AIM wont work and when i go to check my yahoo email, its all in weird form and not in the right layout.. anyone know? some links i cant access either.. ANY IDEAS =[Can you tell me what is wrong with my computer?
I agree, you either have a virus infection or you have what is called a hijacker. A hijacker redirects your browser or messes with your browser functions and typically disables your antivirus and other antimalware/antiadaware security software.
Run antivirus and antimalware scans in Safe Mode to remove the hijacker.Can you tell me what is wrong with my computer?
Try Malwarebytes Antispyware. Get it from www.download.com and remove some Toolbars (go to Add/Remove programs in Control panel and uninstall it/them) from your Browser (ie Internet Explorer), because for ex. the google toolbar has a popup blocker that sometimes it's hard to make it work the way it's supposed to.Can you tell me what is wrong with my computer?
you got a virus or something, all else fails, reformat.
stop using IE, start using Firefox or alternative less than popular browser. Its better than IE. None of the problems IE has either.
that "ultra pop up blocker is a virsu, sorry, try AVG or bitdefender t remove it
