I know this isn't a hardware question..but wasn't sure where to put it..so maybe it is.
I love working with computers..and i'd like to get a job doing what i love to do. So...i'd like to become A+ certified as most of the jobs i've been looking at require that you have that certification. What other certifications are good? and how do you obtain them?
I do have a community college in my town but it's not very good in the way of computer classes/education. (i took one IT course and there was only 4 people in the entire class..and i didn't learn anything..so was a waist of time and money)What is the fastest/easiest way to become A+ certified?
You can go to the bookstore and buy the A+ book and study it first WITHOUT GOING TO COLLEGE. Then, just contract with a local computer school to pay the A+ Certification Test Fee, and take the test. You do NOT need to go to school to take the test.
Check AMAZON.COM, they are the cheapest for the A+ certification book. Also, check on the web and see who you can take the certification test through, a local computer training school that is certified A+ should be willing to help you.
Make sure that the book VERSION you buy matches the current A+ certification as they change the manual and the test number - they MUST match. Otherwise you might buy an older version of the book that is out of date and not qualifiable for the exam. What is the fastest/easiest way to become A+ certified?
If you want to be Microsoft Certified check at Microsoft.com but be prepared for expensive difficult courses.
