I AM NOT A GAMER. I EDIT HIGH QUALITY VIDEOS ON ADOBE MASTER COLLECTION, WHICH USES TONNES OF MEMORY. I AM CURRENTLY SAVING FOR AN ALIENWARE AS I HEARD THAT THEY ARE THE FASTEST EVEN THOUGH IM NOT USING IT FOR GAMING? WHAT IS THE BEST DESKTOP COMPUTER UNDER 拢1500.... IS IT THE ALIENWARE?

I would recommend buying parts as opposed to a whole set. This would save you A LOT of money and you could get more out of it since it is tailored to your needs. This is my recommendation.

That leaves 拢220 from your budget (which is OK) to buy a power supply, a HDD, an optical drive (if you need one) and cooling - 拢220 should easily be OK for that.
