You need to give us the parts list so we can figure out what it is really worth. Two individual processors means it has to be on a server mobo.

Ram type and size and speed

(type is important because SIMMS and DIMMS are old, DDR is expensive and DDR2 is cheep. and none are interchangeable.)

Video Card ram type and size or denote if it is Onboard meaning built into the Motherboard.
